We enable employers to contribute to innovative careers interventions in schools, including careers talks, workshops, open days and visits.

The programme will be used to showcase best practice in careers advice by the Government and shape the future of this important support.

Young Careers can help your teachers to provide better careers advice.

It enables your school to:

Evaluate your current careers advice
Develop a high quality curriculum with employers
Help your students transition into work or higher education
Ensure your careers guidance responds to real opportunities and industry developments

The Young Careers pilot in being used to evaluate and showcase best practice in careers advice by the Government. It will help improve the future delivery of this important support across the country.

The pilot will be provided in close collaboration with other government agencies, including the Careers and Enterprise Company and National Careers Service.
